If the provided hardware (ONU/Router) is found to be technically defective, it is eligible for replacement within 7 days of installation.
Items must be returned in their original box, including all accessories (power adapters, LAN cables) and manuals.
Hardware damaged by power surges (burnt), water exposure, or physical mishandling is not eligible for return or refund.
One-Time Charges (OTC) or Connection Fees are non-refundable once the physical installation is complete.
If a subscription is canceled within the first 48 hours due to service quality issues, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused balance.
Accepted refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
